no meat, no coffee or soda
couple ozs fresh carrot juice couple times a day
1000mg VIT "C" every 4 hours as every 3 to 4 hour body spits out what it don't use
twice a day for first week then next week just nights
2 to 4 tablespoons black strap molasses or pure maple syrup
4 ozs waterr
1 teaspoon baking soda
mix well and drink
