FORUM MEMBERSHIP RULES
The purpose of this forum is to facilitate the exchange of information about the work of Royal Raymond Rife and John Crane, the history, microscope and therapy up to and including the modern implementation of such. We hope you will find the forum useful, enjoyable and informative. Please feel free to contribute or ask questions at any time.
I. Forum Operation
The Rife Forum, a service provided by Rife Research, Europe, offers an extensive messaging system organised into relevant and interesting sections (forums) wherein you can meet and correspond with others who share your interests. The forum can be joined and used by members residing anywhere in the world involved in research into any of the Rife related technologies. Although the location field in your profile is mandatory, listing your State/County (required for USA, Canada and Australia) and Country is all that is required. In other countries, only the name of the country in English (e.g. "Germany" instead of "Deutschland", etc.) is required. We check this against your IP address and may reject your application to join, if there is a discrepancy.
II. Forum Operating Rules
In order to take full advantage of this Forum system, you must read and understand the following rules and operating procedures of the Forum and agree to abide by the rules and operating procedures in their entirety. This Forum was created and is administered by the Site Administrator, which is separate and apart from the vBulletin system software this forum runs on. As such, the Rules and operating procedures of this Forum must be followed and forms the basis for all decisions made by the Site Administrator and moderators. Your access to this Forum is a privilege, not a right, and access to this Forum is not guaranteed by any agreement with www.rifeforum.com, www.rifeforum.de, www.rife.de, Peter Walker or anyone else. The act of joining the Forum and your use of the Forum constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Forum Membership Rules.
These rules will be strictly enforced and violators may, at the sole discretion of the Site Administrator, have their ability to write new messages suspended or even be banned from the Forum for any reason without prior notice or opportunity to be heard. While the Rife Forum promotes the free flow of ideas and encourages wide-ranging discussion of issues; certain behaviour carries potential risks to the Site Administrator and cannot be tolerated. The Site Administrator's failure to enforce a particular rule or policy of the Forum on one occasion or against one person does not preclude the enforcement of the same rule or policy of the Forum at a different time or against another person. While the Site Administrator is unable to monitor all messages posted in the Forums, members are invited to call the Site Administrator or moderators attention to a potentially problematic message by using the link provided on the top right of each post. The Site Administrator will periodically monitor public discussion on the various forums and also has the right to monitor personal messages (pm) sent via the board if this is necessary.
1. Respect the Other Members of the Forum.
While there is nothing wrong with a healthy argument, you must not use offensive language or engage in personal attacks on members (or non-members) of the Forums. Personal attacks may subject you to potential liability for defamation, contribute nothing to the free flow of ideas, and tend to inhibit rational discussion of the issues. The Site Administrator is not limited in any way in deciding whether a particular message may be offensive to a particular member or the Forum in general. Examples of potentially offensive messages include, but are not limited to, messages that denigrate, insult or ridicule another person, or that contain negative comments on the integrity, personality, honesty, character, intelligence, methods or motives of any person. In addition, you must respect the privacy of the members (and non-members) of the forum. Do not publish private messages without the permission of the sender (unless you feel a Forum rule has been broken; if so, forward the message privately to the Site Administrator for evaluation). Do not publish facts, rumours or innuendo regarding any person's personal life.
2. You May Not Use the Forum to Promote or Facilitate Illegal Activities.
Planning, inciting, promoting or facilitating illegal activities through the Forum is strictly prohibited.
3. You May Not Post Copyrighted, Trademarked, or Other Proprietary Material Without the Express Permission of the Owner.
File uploads and attachments will be periodically reviewed to determine whether, in the sole discretion of the Site Administrator, copyrighted, trademarked, or other proprietary material is included in the upload. The Site Administrator cannot review messages prior to posting in the Forum sections. Reproduction and/or publication, whether knowing or inadvertent, of copyrighted, trademarked or other proprietary material may result in liability to the posting member and therefore cannot be tolerated. Your upload or posting of any material constitutes a certification by you to the Site Administrator that the material does not make use of or infringe on any copyright, trademark or other proprietary material of others. If you have any question as to whether your upload or post contains copyrighted, trademarked, or other proprietary material, please contact the moderator of the relevant forum prior to posting or uploading the material. You are free to quote "messages" from other members only to the extent necessary to provide a context for your comments. Quoting entire messages or text found on other websites is discouraged, however (create a link to that site, instead).
4. Use of the Forum
We accept no responsibility for the contents of any external links given anywhere on this forum!
This Rife Forum-System exists to serve those interested in discussing the life and technologies developed by Royal Raymond Rife and John Crane and subsequent developments of these technologies in whatever shape or form. Please ensure that you post messages in the relevant section at all times. Any message, upload, etc. that, in the sole discretion of the Site Administrator, distracts or interferes with this purpose is subject to summary deletion accompanied by a warning to the posting member. After such deletion and warning, any Forum member who persists in any activity of which he or she has been warned is subject to suspension from Forum privileges or having his membership terminated without further notice.
5. Advertising of Products and Services
The forum sections are provided for non-commercial open discussion of the respective topics and are not to be used as any kind of advertising platform. Technical information about devices and information deemed to assist other members to use such equipment properly can be freely discussed, yet all kinds of special offers, advertising text, etc. are not permitted in any forum area. Offering devices for sale is permitted for private non-commercial purposes in the For Sale and To Buy sections only.
Those involved in marketing equipment and services may provide a link and short description in their signature. Banner advertising is available for commercial advertising of products and services within the limits available under European law as applied in Germany ("Heilmittelwerbegesetz" - medical advertising law). This restricts advertising of medical devices to those approved for sale within the European community (medCE approved). Please contact the site admin for further details.
6. Membership Termination
The Site Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any member's membership rights in the Forum at any time for any reason without any requirement to explain the reasons for such termination.
III. Ownership of Materials Submitted to the Forum
Any material created by you and posted or uploaded to the Forum belongs to you. However, you agree that the Site Administrator and/or moderator may edit, copy, publish, distribute and/or translate the material within the Forum. The Forum maintains ownership rights in the Forum system and message threads, which may not be reproduced or republished without the express consent of the Site Administrator.
IV. Private Messages
Private Messages (pm) may be sent from one member to another privately. You recognise that the Site Administrator does have the technical ability and rights to monitor such private messages, but will only do so where there are reasonable grounds like, for example, a complaint from one or more members that the system is being misused (spam, abuse, etc.). As private messages remain within the forum system and are not sent via Email, such messages are considerably more secure than Email messages. The rules listed in Paragraph II above apply to private messages with the same force and effect as they do to public messages and will be enforced in the same manner.
V. Privacy Agreement
The Rife Forum respects user privacy. We do not disclose rent or sell your email address or any other information we may receive to any third party, unless you specifically request it. In registration, The Rife Forum requires a username (your real name), password, Location and email address. All other details are optional. We may disclose individual account or user information in cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Forum Membership Rules or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other Rife Forum users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. During the registration procedure, we check your username, ip-address and email against the database at http://www.stopforumspam.com in order to prevent spam registrations. Your details will however not be stored on that website unless you have been found to be a spammer.
The forum will occasionally send you messages and our newsletter via email and having a working email address is a requirement for membership. If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you can change which emails you receive on this page (in the section Messaging & Notification). By signing up to join this forum, you agree to receive emails from us. If our emails to you bounce, we can review your membership and delete your account without warning (particularly if you are not actively using the forum).
Those that report our legitimate emails as spam to their ISP or any other anti-spam service, cause harm to the forum by limiting the deliverability of our legitimate emails to our members. We reserve the right to ban such members and report them to the stopforumspam system and any other system we deem appropriate.
The Rife Forum may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law of Germany (where this forum is hosted) requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services. Please note that with each page visited, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from the Service or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.
As of May 25, 2018, the EU has introduced new extended privacy rules that you must agree to, in order to use this forum. This applies to all members, irrespective of your location and gives you additional rights and opportunities to control your data. The full updated privacy policies can be found here and you have to agree to them in order to use the forum.
VI. Indemnification
Operation of this Forum carries inherent risks to the Site Administrator and moderators because they literally cannot control all aspects of the Forum at all times. Accordingly, by joining the Forum, you agree to indemnify the Site Administrator and moderators for any damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, that accrue to the Site Administrator as a result of or arising out of your activities on the Forum including, but not limited to, any claims for violation of any copyright, trademark, or protected material, or any claim of defamation, slander, libel, disparagement, advertising in a way contrary to relevant laws, or the like.
Advice or recommendations made by members, the Site Administrator or moderators of The Rife Forum are not meant to serve as a substitute for professional care from your health care practitioner. Although a "Trusted Member" system is in place to help identify members seen by the Site Administrator to be of good standing, the Site Administrator and moderators cannot verify the credentials of anyone offering advice or recommendations nor guarantee the accuracy of any information.
VII. Limitation of Liability
YOU JOIN AND PARTICIPATE IN THE RIFE FORUM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE ADMINISTRATOR AND MODERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES WHICH RESULT TO YOU FROM YOUR USE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS FORUM.

IX. No Warranties
THE SITE ADMINISTRATOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ACCESS TO THE FORUM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME, THAT OPERATION OF THE FORUM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT OR INFORMATION WILL BE OBTAINED. MEMBERSHIP IN THE FORUM IS OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, OTHER THAN WARRANTIES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, WAIVER, OR RESTRICTION UNDER THE LAW APPLICABLE HERETO.
